FG HR is a multi-tenant human resources management platform built specifically for businesses operating in Qatar. It covers employee records, payroll and WPS processing, attendance and leave, document management, compliance tracking, asset management, announcements, employee self-service, and HR reporting — all in one place, in Arabic and English.

Yes. We may offer a free trial period for new customers. During the trial, the Service is provided on an "as is" basis with no charge. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial ends, your account and data may be suspended and later deleted in line with our retention practices.

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the cycle you choose (monthly or annual). Payments are processed through MyFatoorah and other authorized payment providers in Qatar. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties.

Each customer receives an isolated, dedicated database — we call this database-per-tenant. We apply role-based access control, encryption in transit, audit logging, and regular review of access rights. Card details are handled by MyFatoorah and never stored on our systems.

You do. You retain all rights and ownership of your customer data. We hold only a limited license to host, store, and process your data as needed to provide the Service, address technical or security issues, and comply with applicable law.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep access to the Service until that cycle ends.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions include extended service unavailability directly attributable to our infrastructure, duplicate charges for the same billing cycle, and unauthorized charges caused by a system error on our side. Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the charge.

We accept payments through MyFatoorah, which supports major credit and debit cards as well as other Qatar-friendly payment options. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Yes. Your data remains available for export for thirty (30) days after the end of your subscription. After that period, it may be permanently deleted from our active systems, subject to our standard backup rotation.

Yes. We handle personal data in line with Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016). Our Privacy Policy describes the data we collect, the legal bases for processing, our sub-processors, retention periods, and the rights you can exercise.
