Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for the FG HR Service. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your Account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service until the end of that cycle.

Cancelling a Subscription does not automatically delete your Customer Data. You may export your Customer Data during the cancellation period and within thirty (30) days following the end of the Subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • Service unavailability: if the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period directly attributable to our infrastructure and we fail to remedy the issue within a reasonable time, a prorated refund or service credit may be issued for the affected period.
  • Duplicate charges: if you are charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  • Unauthorized charges: if a charge was made without authorization due to a system error on our side, the unauthorized amount will be refunded after verification.

Not eligible for refund

Refunds will generally not be provided for: partial use of a billing cycle after cancellation; non-use of the Service during an active Subscription; features that you did not configure or activate; or downgrades within a billing cycle.

3. Refund Process and Timing

Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the relevant charge. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider MyFatoorah. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically between seven (7) and fourteen (14) business days.

4. Free Trial

Free trial periods are provided at no cost. No payment is taken during the trial unless you choose to subscribe to a paid plan. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, no charges will be made and no refund is applicable.

5. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your Subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and any difference in fees is prorated and charged at the time of upgrade. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Refunds are not issued for plan downgrades within a billing cycle.

6. Service Termination by Us

If we terminate your Subscription due to your material breach of the Terms and Conditions, fees paid for the current billing cycle are not refundable.

If we terminate the Service for our own business reasons during an active billing cycle and not due to your breach, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of the cycle.

7. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so that we can review and resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback through your bank before contacting us may delay the resolution and could result in suspension of your Account.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date.
